Internal review, not sent to the client

Five questions became four

The payer contract question is out of the 14 September carousel. On the recorded call of 8 September, David Balat said Direct Care Alliance does not claim it, because he does not want blanket statements about how other organisations manage their contracts. He gave no replacement sentence, which is the second of the two options put to him in writing on 7 September: drop the point entirely.

All six cards below were rebuilt rather than patched, so the set is internally consistent. Every question and answer is unchanged approved September caption copy. Nothing new was written.

Cover. Four questions worth asking.
01   Cover
Question one, how is the price set.
02   Question 1, price
Question two, who coordinates the patient.
03   Question 2, coordination
Question three, when does payment arrive.
04   Question 3, payment
Question four, what happens if the case is more complex.
05   Question 4, complexity
Closing card. Direct Care Alliance answers all four in the first conversation.

And one card on the 28th

The 28 September post carries the same claim in its caption and on card three of six: one additional pathway that does not disturb existing payer contracts. The clause is cut. Nothing else on that card moved a pixel, because only the second line of the body changed.

Where it fits, two of three. Room for one more pathway.
